La Canasta Flour Tortillas are made three different ways, the Hand Stretched, the Press and Specialty Tortillas.

HAND STRETCHED: Hand Stretched Flour Tortillas have a pliable texture that has the ideal flexibility for easy handling and less breakage.

PRESS: Press Tortillas are thicker to withstand heavy fillings.

SPECIALTY: La Canasta has developed several different types of flavored tortillas for your specialized use. Made with a blend of herbs and spices, these tortillas are frequently used for customized wraps.

CORN TORTILLAS -
La Canasta Tortillas come in three different styles, Whole Kernel Corn , Corn Flour Tortillas, and Specialty Tortillas.

WHOLE KERNEL CORN TORTILLAS: La Canasta Corn Tortillas are made from meaty "Whole Kernel" corn cooked from scratch and steeped for hours to absorb the rich corn flavor.

CORN FLOUR TORTILLAS: La Canasta Corn Flour Tortillas have a mild corn Flavor. Corn Flour Tortillas are multi-purpose and very versatile. Made in a variety of thicknesses to accommodate your specific uses.

SPECIALTY: La Canasta offers several different flavors of Corn Tortillas for your specialized uses. Blue Corn, Rojo Corn and various spices, create a delicious product with many unique uses.
